I had a very comfortable stay at Initial - Farmer - Chutes-Montmorency. The apartment was exceptionally clean and stylish, and the furnishings were great. The communication was excellent, and I had a strong internet connection throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with a grocery store nearby and free parking available. I would highly recommend this apartment to others visiting the area.

Our stay at Initial - Farmer - Chutes-Montmorency was delightful. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great furnishings that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a grocery store nearby and plenty of cool old homes to explore in the area. Communication was excellent, and we had a seamless check-in process. The internet connection was also reliable, which was important for staying connected during our trip. Additionally, the free parking provided was a bonus.

We did experience a few minor inconveniences. We would have loved to have a patio set on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and have meals outdoors.

This place is a great choice for up to 4 guests who want to explore Quebec City and its surroundings.

We especially appreciated the well, equipped kitchen and the easy check, in process. the location was perfect, with a lovely little village and a stunning waterfall within walking distance. We highly recommend Initial , Farmer , Chutes, Montmorency for a memorable stay. Cons: All was good! 👌.

Additionally, the location was excellent, with a charming village nearby and easy access to a stunning waterfall for morning walks.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. Secondly, there was ongoing construction work near the unit, which started as early as 7am and disrupted our sleep.
